Gen V, a spinoff of The Boys, explores the dark side of superpowers through college-aged Supes, highlighting how their abilities negatively impact their lives.
Misfits, a British sci-fi dramedy, has a similar premise of young delinquents gaining supernatural powers, complicating their lives and forcing them to work together.
Both Gen V and Misfits tackle social issues, showcase complex characters, and feature drama and humor, making them great shows for fans of superhero storytelling.
